Custom information

Please note that the client is fully responsible for their order. We strongly recommend you to learn the custom rules for importing or exporting goods from your country. If the customs has delayed your parcel, you need to contact the customs inspectors to solve the situation. You can also decline the order in your personal account and the parcel will be returned to our warehouse. We can resend your order or refund the money. Our company is not responsible for the seized goods on the custom.

Purchase returns

Our company offers a 7 days return policy.

You can return your purchase if:

The product contains a manufacturing defect

The item was damaged by the transport company

You received a different item

Return policies

You can return the item within 7 days of receiving it. Write to the support service and indicate the reason for the refusal of the order, attach photos of the damaged or inappropriate product. Please do not forget to indicate the possible solution of the issue — it can be a refund or replacement of goods.

We are not able to refund if the item has been opened or damaged by the customer. We also do not pay for goods that are damaged on the way back to our warehouse. Our company fully compensates the cost of the goods if the order contains a factory defect or is incorrectly assembled.

We pay 100% of the cost of the damaged goods when returning funds.

The money is returned to the banking account from which the order was paid. The refund takes place within 7 business days from the moment the goods are returned to our warehouse. You will receive an email notification when our staff has checked the item and approved the return.

We do not resell returned items. All products that are defective or damaged during shipping will be destroyed.
