Due to continued COVID-19 restrictions, average delivery times may increase. Now it can take up to 5-9 calendar days.

Your place of residence also affects the delivery time.

How to track an order?

After processing, formation, and preparation for shipment, the order is assigned a tracking number. We will send it by email. You can track it on any Track My Parcel website. If DHL sent the parcel, they would notify you.

Please check your SPAM folder if you do not receive an email with a tracking number. If the tracking number has not been sent within five working days after placing the order, please get in touch with us:

When receiving the parcel, what should I do if the ice pack is warm?

According to the manufacturer's technologists, some products can be stored at room temperature for a week. For example, Innotox can be stored at room temperature. It's not worth worrying about.

Usually, during weekly transportation, the temperature in the parcel is maintained at least 8 degrees.

What if the parcel's status has changed to Delivered, but I have not received it?

Depending on the transport company:

If DHL, contact or call your local office;If EMS, contact the post office of your place of residence.

Perhaps you missed a message or a call from the delivery service or courier.

What to do if the parcel was detained at customs?

These tips will help you avoid fines and get the goods on time for any reason for delaying the parcel at customs. We understand that the buyer does not know who to contact and where to return in such a situation. Therefore, we advise you to contact your local customs office and request the release of the parcel.

If the service refuses, you can reject it and return it to us. After receiving the return package, we will resend it for free or refund the money.

Necessary: we will refund the money in case of full receipt of the parcel, not opened and with the entire contents of the products. We do not refund cash for confiscated goods.
